How do I un-junk an email?

 

After logging on, you will automatically go to the Junk box. Tick the email you want to un-junk, and press the unjunk button. The email will be un-junked and be delivered to your inbox. The sender will automatically be added to your individual white list.

How do I add a person to my white list?

After logging on, click on the Anti-Spam, Anti-Phising icon on left part of the screen.  Click on People. On the allowed tab, press the Add button. Enter the email address and press Add.

How do I add a domain to my white list?

 

After logging on, click on the Anti-Spam, Anti-Phising icon on left part of the screen.  Click on Companies. On the allowed tab, press the Add button. Enter the domain without the www. (e.g.  xyz.com)  and press Add.

How do I change the anti-spam responsiveness?

 

After logging on, click on the Anti-Spam, Anti-Phising icon on left part of the screen.  Click on Anti-Spam Aggressiveness. Un-tick the “Adhere to Corporate defaults and make the appropriate changes.

How do I search for an email in the Junk box?

 

In the junk box main screen, under query parameters, enter the text you are searching for and from the drop down menu, select Subject, From or To and press the search button.

How do I receive the junked email summary more frequently?

 

After logging on, click on the Settings icon on left part of the screen. Click on Junk Box Summary. Un-tick the “Adhere to Corporate defaults and select the appropriate time period from the Frequency of summaries drop down.
